Crane is hiring a Warehouse Lead for the Second Shift (3 PM - 11 PM) in Hebron, KY. This role directs daily warehouse activities, ensures accurate picking/packing, and maintains compliance with safety standards. A forklift operator may be required to move materials and load shipments.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, 3+ years of related experience, and forklift certification within 30 days of hire. On-site role with full-time hours and competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three or more years of related experience.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct team members as assigned by supervisor.
• Ensure orders are picked, checked, packed accurately and on time.
• Perform inventory counts and adjust as directed.
• Monitor safety and security procedures and maintain a safe workplace.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment as required.
