Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the second shift in Lockbourne, OH to supervise daily operations and ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping. The role requires hands-on leadership, forklift operation, and strict adherence to safety procedures while maintaining Crane SOPs.

On-site presence is required; candidates should have 3+ years of related experience and forklift certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three or more years of related experience.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Other professional certification may be required in some areas, as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Directs work of other team members as instructed by the team supervisor.
• Ensure orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and in a timely fashion
• Perform inventory counts as directed and make adjustments when needed and authorized
• Monitor compliance of safety and security procedures
• Operates a forklift or other drivable warehouse equipment
