Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Ohio is seeking an on-site Warehouse Associate to support picking, packing, and shipping activities, operate forklifts, and ensure accurate inventory. You will follow Crane SOPs, maintain safety standards, and help train teammates.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and reliable attendance. A high school diploma and forklift certification readiness within 30 days are preferred; three or more years of related experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three or more years of related experience.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Other professional certification may be required in some areas, as assigned.
• Ability to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents.

Responsibilities

• Subject Matter Expert in processes and technology with client familiarity.
• Directs work of other team members as instructed by supervisor.
• Problem solving and decision-making within given direction.
• Advises/trains employees on care and preservation of items.
• Ensure customer orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and timely.
• Perform inventory counts and adjustments when needed.
• Monitor compliance of safety and security procedures.
• Delegate warehouse housekeeping duties and ensure they are performed daily.
• Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulatory agencies.
• Fills client orders safely and efficiently per Crane SOPs.
• Operates forklift or drivable warehouse equipment.
• Loads/unloads materials using pallets, forklift, or other equipment.
• Scans freight via WMS with RF equipment.
• Complete required paperwork promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
