Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking an on-site Warehouse Specialist in Ohio to manage receiving, storage and dispatch of goods. You will oversee a team, ensure accurate picking/packing, and uphold safety standards while operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a forklift certification within 30 days of hire. The position offers full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of related experience.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Directs work of other team members as instructed by the team supervisor.
• Operate forklift or other drivable warehouse equipment.
• Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves.
• Perform inventory counts and adjustments as directed.
• Maintain compliance with safety and security procedures.
• Fills client orders safely and efficiently.
• On-site presence at the assigned work location.
