Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is hiring a Warehouse Lead for the second shift (1300-2200) to supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities on-site in Kentucky. You will direct team members, ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately, and maintain inventory integrity while upholding safety standards.

The role requires forklift operation, on-site presence, and at least a high school diploma with 3+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three or more years of related experience.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• On-site presence required.

Responsibilities

• Directs work of other team members as instructed by the team supervisor.
• Ensure customer orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and timely.
• Perform inventory counts and make adjustments when needed.
• Operate forklift or other drivable warehouse equipment.
• Maintain safety and security procedures.
