Crane Worldwide Logistics in Lockbourne, OH is seeking a Quality & Inventory Specialist (Third Shift) to manage weekly inventory counts, spot and quality audits, and related reporting. The role requires coordinating with Warehouse Supervisors and leading teams to ensure accurate counts and compliant processes.

The successful candidate will have strong audit and communication skills, be highly organized, and proficient in Excel for documenting results and trends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of related work experience required.
• 5+ years of industry-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates inventory count and audits with Warehouse Supervisors daily.
• Directs the work of staff during quality audits and inventory counts and provides analyses.
• Performs spot audit unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping tasks and records results in Excel.
• Identifies trends and corrective actions with supervisors and leads.
• Responds promptly to emails.
