The job requires at least 3 years of welding or machine operation experience, blueprint literacy, and ability to operate a forklift and overhead crane. Proficiency in MS Excel is expected, with Lean Manufacturing exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years welding or machine operation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals and blueprints.
• Must be able to pass forklift driver’s test.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of production and assist shift lead when needed.
• Operate overhead crane and forklifts safely.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet department goals.
• Provide feedback on team performance and training support.
