Job summary

REQUEST FOODS INC. in Holland, MI seeks a Maintenance Crew Lead to direct the maintenance team on 3rd shift, enforce safety rules, and ensure timely completion of work orders.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with the Maintenance Manager, and maintain records for compliance and efficiency. You should have strong leadership, 5 years supervisory experience, knowledge of maintenance procedures, and familiarity with SAP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 5 years of supervisory experience in a skilled trades field.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures, production processes, and facility maintenance.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Familiarity with SAP software (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, lead and mentor the maintenance team.
• Enforce safety and applicable rules.
• Plan and assign work schedules and orders.
• Maintain safe and productive environment and train team.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager and supervisors.
• Maintain records and time usage; monitor work orders.
• Resolve team member complaints and coordinate with vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
