Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service leadership to all customers.

• Ensure that all company policies are being followed.
• Promote and maintains a clean and organized store appearance inside and out.
• Efficiently process both cash and card transactions with integrity.
• Ensure all merchandising and marketing programs are implemented properly, including plan-o-gram integrity and sign placement.
• Ensure foodservice products are fresh and appealing by rotating products and removing out-of-date items.
• Monitor store activities to ensure transactions are conducted properly.
• Respond quickly to emergencies for customer and employee safety and notify appropriate individuals.
