Job summary

S and G stores in Toledo, OH is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the 3rd shift to directly support the store manager and help run the store smoothly while ensuring compliance with laws and policies. You will assist with service, sales, and loss prevention during late hours.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, maintaining a clean store, rotating foodservice products, and monitoring operations for safety and accuracy during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Able to stand for an entire shift.
• Able to frequently lift objects up to 10 pounds.
• Able to occasionally lift 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in intermittent temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service leadership to all customers.
• Acknowledge/Greet all customers that come into the store.
• Ensure that all company policies are being followed.
• Promote and maintain a clean and organized store appearance inside and out.
• Efficiently process both cash and card transactions with integrity.
• Ensure merchandising and marketing programs are implemented properly, including plan-o-gram integrity and sign placement.
• Ensure foodservice products are fresh and appealing by rotating products and removing out-of-date items.
• Monitor store activities to ensure transactions are conducted properly.
• Respond quickly to emergencies for safety and notifying appropriate individuals.
