Job summary

You will develop short-interval schedules, promote lean initiatives, and enforce SOPs and GMP across all shifts. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing, strong problem-solving and communication abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in technical or business-related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production activities at economical cost and quality standards.
• Create short-interval production schedules; communicate and track upcoming events.
• Promote site safety programs, lean initiatives, and training; ensure HR policies are followed.
• Ensure SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices are observed at all times.
• Coach employees, resolve performance issues, and monitor attendance and performance.
