Job summary

Qualifications

• Lean Sigma programs and activities involvement.
• SOPs, GMPs, and DOIs understanding.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspects, ensures, and assembles parts in process to quality specifications, being aware of defects and determining acceptability.
• Maintains accurate packaging and labeling of containers and correct part counts.
• Operates and maintains production equipment following safety precautions.
• Maintains a clean, orderly and safe workstation at all times.
• Communicates with Production leadership regarding unacceptable parts or malfunctions.
• Checks part counts by weighing and ensuring scale accuracy.
• Follows all SOPs, GMPs, and DOIs.
• Contributes to continuous process improvement to reduce scrap and cycle times.
• Provides customer service attitude when interacting with internal and external customers.
• Complies with safety and quality policies at all times.
• Exhibits reliable, punctual attendance and may work mandatory overtime.
