Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery. This onsite role requires adherence to SOPs, GMP practices, and effective team leadership.

You will manage resources, schedule production, verify data, and support Lean Sigma initiatives while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing and leadership experience.
• Must have effective problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Moderate knowledge of computer programs and SPC applications.
• Support Lean Sigma programs and activities toward set targets.
• Able to comply with safety and quality policies at all times.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production activities at economical cost while meeting quality standards.
• Create short-interval production schedules and communicate upcoming events.
• Promote site safety programs, lean initiatives, and training programs; ensure SOPs are followed.
• Ensure SOPs and GMP practices are adhered to;监督 compliance with policies.
• Manage resources to ensure on-time production and delivery of customer orders.
• Verify production data accuracy and track hours worked.
• Support initiation of new processes and continuous improvement projects.
