Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's in a technical discipline preferred but not essential.
• Experience with OSHA/EPA/safety regulations and cGMP is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift personnel in the manufacture of customer products with high safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot shop floor issues with engineering support to meet schedules and yields.
• Monitor manufacturing status and adjust resources to conform to production plans.
• Promote safety programs, lean initiatives, training, and policy interpretation among the team.
• Coach members and manage performance, attendance, and behavior.
