Job summary

The position requires 5–8 years in manufacturing, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and a strong automation background with CAD and SAP know-how.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing.
- 2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and may lead engineering team to achieve site and department goals.
- Develop and implement sustainable manufacturing processes and systems.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and improve automated equipment.
- Perform engineering studies and evaluations.
- Lead RCCA and provide training on electromechanical systems.
- Quote new automation lines and develop design concepts.
- Write validation and equipment specification documents.
- Collaborate with customers and automation suppliers for win-win results.
- Promote Lean manufacturing and research new technologies.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
