Voltava is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead Team Leaders and Team Members, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while collaborating with the Operations Manager to drive productivity and continuous improvement.

You will foster a positive, team-oriented environment, enforce policies, mentor staff, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing, automotive, logistics, or related industrial environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Team Members.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations.
• Partner with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to drive productivity.
