Job summary

Voltava is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Team Members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. You will partner closely with the Operations Manager to drive productivity, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, communication, and the ability to manage in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume production settings.
