Job summary

Drive is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met on the 3rd shift. You will lead production teams, coordinate workflow, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives to maintain efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of production or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience with ERP or production tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production employees during 3rd shift, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
• Monitor daily production schedules and adjust staffing or workflow to meet targets.
• Train, coach, and develop team members while addressing performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
• Track and report production metrics including efficiency, scrap, and downtime.
• Conduct shift meetings to communicate goals, updates, and safety reminders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation including reports, attendance, and incidents.
