Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring an entry‑level Operator to support the production line for our world‑class brands. You’ll operate and monitor production equipment, perform basic maintenance, and ensure quality checks are recorded accurately.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a willingness to learn on the factory floor. The position is on the 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a $3.00 per hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Comfortable reading, writing and understanding English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep your work area clean and safe.
