Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an entry-level Operator for our New York production line. You will work on the third shift, operating and monitoring equipment, following safety and quality procedures, and ensuring items leaving the line meet standards.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn as you perform basic maintenance, measure ingredients, and complete data entry. Onboarding spans 4–5 days to integrate you into the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep your work area clean.
• Follows safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
