Job summary

Nestlé Professional is seeking an Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00PM-11:30PM) to support our world-class production lines. This entry-level role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, with a structured 4-5 day onboarding in the first week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients
• Complete quality checks and record data
• Keep your work area clean
• Follows safety rules, SOP's and cGMP guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned
