Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an entry-level Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00PM-11:30PM) to support our production lines. You will operate machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and help ensure every item leaving the line meets our standards.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and 0–2 years of manufacturing experience. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, read/write English, and learn quickly in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Basic requirements include a high school diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work is acceptable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep your work area clean.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
