Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an entry-level Operator to work on the production line on the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM) in the United States. You will handle machinery, perform routine maintenance, and ensure quality checks and data recording.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to GMP guidelines. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 0–2 years in manufacturing or warehouse work.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred).
• Comfortable using computers or tablets.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Basic math and mechanical understanding.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and dependable.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients
• Complete quality checks and record data
• Keep your work area clean
• Follows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned
