Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor (3rd Shift) in Orlando, FL to lead daily manufacturing activities, ensure safety and quality, and drive on-time product delivery. The role requires coordinating with planners, supervising a team, and maintaining production performance metrics.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, experience with lean practices, and the ability to coach staff while continuously improving processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing/industrial operations experience including leadership experience
• Experience with production scheduling, labor planning, safety leadership, and employee development
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, standard work, and continuous improvement methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities for team members in setup, operation, repair, inspection, and manufacture of parts.
• Translate production priorities into clear daily expectations and remove barriers to safe, high-quality, on-time execution.
• Maintain safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity KPIs; manage workforce planning and development.
