You will drive labor planning, training, and performance management while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates bring strong experience in manufacturing, lean methods, and leadership, with a focus on continuous improvement and meeting customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Business, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities for team members engaged in setup, operation, repair, inspection, and manufacture of parts.
• Provide floor leadership and translate production priorities into clear daily expectations while removing barriers to safe, high-quality, on-time execution.
• Be accountable for safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, workforce planning, employee development, performance management, and problem resolution within the assigned department and shift.
