Job summary

ABB's Ormond Beach, FL facility seeks a Production Supervisor for a 11PM–7AM shift to lead a production line, ensure safe, on-time output and cost efficiency. You will coach team members, drive daily improvements, and monitor quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include payroll oversight, performance reviews, and audits, while building process knowledge to lead efficiency initiatives across the line.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with manufacturing experience.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred for engineering/technical fields.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and willingness to develop others.

Responsibilities

• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure SH&E standards across shifts.
• Lead daily engagement across shifts and promote process improvements.
• Oversee payroll processing and performance reviews.
• Conduct operational audits and SOT reviews to elevate performance.
• Develop understanding of machine processes and drive improvements.
