Qualifications
- Requires an Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years in manufacturing/repair/ops, with at least two (2) years in leadership roles.
- Experience in production scheduling, labor planning, safety leadership, quality systems, and employee development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily activities for teams handling setup, operation, repair, inspection, and manufacture of parts.
- Translate production priorities into daily expectations and remove barriers to safe, high-quality, on-time execution.
- Accountable for safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, workforce planning, employee development, performance management, and problem resolution.
