American Trim is seeking a high‑energy 3rd shift Production Supervisor to provide hands‑on leadership for our manufacturing operations. You will supervise hourly employees, coordinate daily production activities and ensure availability of people, materials, equipment and information to safely produce quality parts on schedule.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years supervising in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading hourly manufacturing teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise hourly employees in accordance with company policies and laws; interview, hire, train, assign work, appraise performance, discipline.
• Ensure production of quality parts at competitive price by managing materials, changeovers, schedules and work instructions.
• Cross-train employees for flexibility across pay grade jobs and maintain safety and quality checks.
• Monitor performance of employees and equipment to maintain quality standards during shifts.
• Mentor employees with timely evaluations, rewards, discipline and coaching.
• Maintain safe work environment with good housekeeping and proper safety equipment.
• Ensure fair treatment by following company policies across multiple facilities.
• Provide and receive status reports from adjacent shifts on production, scrap and quality issues.
• Assist in conflict resolution and encourage open-door policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
