OPmobility is seeking a Production Lead for the third shift to guide a dynamic manufacturing team in a fast-paced automotive environment. This leadership role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency while driving daily goals and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education is a plus.
• Previous manufacturing experience in JIT/JIS environments preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to lead by example.
• Forklift experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production teams to meet daily goals for safety, quality, and delivery.
• Train and mentor team members on work instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect parts and ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment (5S principles).
• Assist with scheduling breaks, implementing rotation plans, and tracking production metrics.
