MPI is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing floor team and drive production quality and efficiency. You will oversee nine or more staff, guide project teams, and manage resources to meet business targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working on 3rd shift.
• Experience coordinating and supervising daily activities of production, business, or technical support teams.
• Setting up team priorities, assigning tasks, and aligning workflows with other supervisors to ensure objectives are met.
• Positive mindset, strong leadership skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing 9+ employees on the manufacturing floor.
• Leading project teams, functional units, or multiple smaller groups within area of expertise.
• Overseeing budgets, staffing, and operational results to ensure business objectives are met.
• Managing individual contributors and, when applicable, other supervisors or team leads.
• Auditing processes and outputs to ensure compliance with production specifications.
• Maintaining accurate production records and generate required reports.
• Optimizing operations to deliver high-quality products while controlling costs.
• Training, coaching, and evaluating production staff to support performance and development.
• Contribute to the company's positive company culture.
