Opella is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our 3rd shift to ensure the reliable operation of packaging equipment in a cGMP environment. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, support changeovers, and contribute to continuous improvement projects to keep lines running smoothly.

You will work closely with packaging and engineering teams, following strict SOPs and safety rules, while handling setup adjustments for different product sizes and maintaining clean, compliant work

Formación

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Four (4) years' experience with automated controls and/or electromechanical manufacturing equipment.
• Willingness to comply with dress code and undergo training; work around product, dust, grease, and machinery hazards.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of packaging equipment.
• Assist packaging personnel in changeover and operation of packaging lines.
• Support Engineering on projects and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Set up and adjust equipment for different product sizes per setup sheets.
• Diagnose issues from equipment operation and implement fixes to maintain line performance.
