Job summary

Planet Fitness in Chicago is seeking a Member Services Representative for the 3rd shift to greet members, answer inquiries, and drive a positive club experience. You will assist with tours, promote Black Card memberships, and ensure a clean, safe environment while working largely independently.

Responsibilities include managing front desk transactions, documentation, and maintaining PCI-compliant handling of member data.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic computer proficiency and front desk operations experience a plus.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Manage front desk operations, check in members, verify eligibility, and process payments.
• Promote Planet Fitness memberships and club programs while delivering high-quality service.
• Maintain club cleanliness and safety standards during the shift.
