Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking candidates for a 1st shift manufacturing role in Ladysmith, WI. You will perform mechanical assembly using documented work instructions, operate hand and pneumatic tools, assist with molding operations, and support quality checks.

You may also help with maintenance and cross-department collaboration. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, legal authorization to work in the U.S., and willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented work instructions and safety procedures.
• Perform mechanical assembly or general manufacturing tasks.
• Operate basic hand and pneumatic tools and lifting equipment.
• Complete production or documentation tasks on computer systems.
• Be willing to work in any assigned department.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, cleaning, and equipment operation.
• Work required overtime (typically 10–20 hours per week).
