Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Ladysmith, WI is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.). You will perform mechanical assembly using documented work instructions, operate hand and pneumatic tools, and support molding operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Overtime is a regular requirement, typically 10+ hours per week. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and is onsite in Ladysmith, WI. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Job Description

You will perform mechanical assembly using documented work instructions while following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment. Responsibilities include operating hand and pneumatic tools, supporting molding operations, packing products, performing basic computer tasks, and assisting with visual and dimensional quality checks. You will also support preventative maintenance, helps keep work areas organized, and may work across departments. Employees must follow all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations and may occasionally adjust their schedules to meet our needs. Overtime is a regular requirement, typically 10+ hours per week. You will report to the Production Supervisor and work onsite in Ladysmith, WI.

This is a 3rd Shift role. Working nights will start on Sunday night - Thursday night, ending on Friday morning.

Schedule is 11:00pm-7:00a.m..
