Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to read basic diagrams and use hand tools.
• Basic reading, writing, and math required.
• Manufacturing or mechanical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross trains and supports multiple assembly areas as needed.
• Maintains quality, housekeeping, and PPE compliance.
• Participates in team meetings and continuous improvement.
• Mentors peers by providing basic training on standard work as needed.
