Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a 3rd shift Manufacturing Machine Operator 2 in Mequon, WI. You will set up and run SMT equipment, monitor boards, and ensure quality per print specifications.

The role operates on the 3rd shift (Sun-Thu, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM) with a starting pay of $19.35 per hour plus a 10% shift premium. High school diploma or GED is required, and visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• You will have a minimum of High School Diploma/GED; legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

• Typically requires 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates SMT and other automated machines to produce PCB assemblies.
• Inspects boards for tolerances, troubleshoots equipment, and assists with line setup.
