Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is hiring for a 3rd shift assembly role in Wilson, NC. You will learn to set up, assemble, and load parts, using basic hand tools and machine tools, while following procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities include identifying defects, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and contributing to efficiency improvements. The position requires a high school diploma or GED with CRC strongly preferred; manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical education preferred.
• CRC strongly preferred; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• We prefer manufacturing experience and CRC certification for this role.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, assemble, and load parts using hand and machine tools.
• Read and follow procedures, routings, and work instructions with accuracy.
• Identify part defects and elevate quality issues when needed.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and comply with EH&S policies, including PPE.
