RTX is seeking a dynamic assembler to join our Wilson, NC team on the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift. You will learn to setup, assemble, and load parts, while ensuring products meet quality standards and customer deadlines.

The role requires reading drawings and procedures, and adapting to various workstations as needed. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, manufacturing sensibilities, and a willingness to obtain CRC certs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow procedures and work instructions.
• Demonstrate proper use of hand and machine tools.
• Maintain quality standards with attention to safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, assemble, and load parts.
• Read and follow procedures and routing for tasks.
• Identify part defects and escalate as needed.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and tools.
• Support cost reduction and continuous improvement efforts.
