RR Donnelley in Monroe, WI is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic 3 on the 3rd shift (approx. 11:00pm–7:00am) to maintain forms and labels machinery, troubleshoot, and perform scheduled PMs.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in high-speed manufacturing, ability to read schematics, electrical up to 480V, and a commitment to OSHA safety. The position offers a $3/hour shift differential and a pay range of $28–$32 per hour plus additional compensation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in high-speed manufacturing.
• Experience diagnosing three-phase electrical systems up to 480V.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong safety compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain forms and labels machinery.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to develop PM program.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose web handling, tension control, servo drives, and registration systems.
• Read manuals and blueprints for overhauls on production assets.
• Provide mechanical and electrical support including basic PLCs.
• Log work orders and parts in CMMS.
• Follow safety procedures and keep areas clean.
• Collaborate with operators to improve reliability.
• Other duties as assigned.
