Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic 3 for Monroe, WI, on 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:00am) starting at $31/hour with a premium shift differential. You will perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on forms and labels machinery, ensuring safe, reliable production.

You will diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), pneumatic and hydraulic systems, read schematics, and collaborate with operators to improve reliability and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing, preferably printing or packaging.
• Ability to diagnose 3-phase electrical systems up to 480V and repair mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic controls.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for industrial equipment.
• Commitment to OSHA regulations and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain presses, die-cutters, coaters, rewinders, slitters, and related machinery.
• Develop and execute a Preventative Maintenance program with the team.
• Perform scheduled PMs and emergency repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, VFDs, and process control instrumentation.
• Enter work orders, labor hours, and parts in CMMS accurately.
