Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic 3 to join the Monroe, WI facility on 3rd shift (approx. 11:00pm to 7:00am) with a $31.00 per hour starting rate and a premium shift differential.

The role focuses on installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of forms and labels machinery to ensure safe, continuous production. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in printing/packaging environments, and strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to diagnose and repair three-phase electrical systems (up to 480V) and mechanical drive systems.
• Read and interpret schematics/technical manuals for industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain forms and labels machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergencies on production equipment.
• Enter work orders, labor hours, and parts in CMMS accurately.
• Ensure safety regulations and Lockout/Tagout procedures are followed.
