Job summary

You’ll respond to breakdowns, repair equipment, and support reliability initiatives. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing, can read blueprints and P&IDs, and can pass the site maintenance assessment.

Qualifications

• Two years in a manufacturing environment performing mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Able to pass the site-specific maintenance assessment.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and P&IDs.
• Experience using CMMS and documenting maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility equipment to minimize downtime.
• Document findings and work in the CMMS accurately.
• Respond to breakdowns and execute repairs promptly.
• Fabricate, modify, install, and repair equipment and facility systems as needed.
• Apply RCA/BDA methods to identify recurring issues.
• Support plant improvement and reliability initiatives.
