Job summary

Rana is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Bartlett, IL facility on the 3rd shift. You will diagnose, repair, replace, and overhaul mechanical components on production and packaging equipment, and support building and utility systems.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, safety compliance, and flexibility for overtime as needed. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, with knowledge of GMP/HAACP/LOTO/5S/SQF.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in manufacturing environments.
• Familiar with GMP/HAACP/LOTO/5S/SQF standards.

Responsibilities

• Repair and upkeep of the facility and its machinery.
• Perform preventive (PM) maintenance on equipment.
• Execute hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical repairs per work orders.
• Conduct routine building maintenance.
• Repair plumbing to prevent water damage.
• Address low-voltage electrical issues.
• Perform hazardous communication audits and fix hazards.
