Job summary

Pattern is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to manage routine and preventative maintenance of logistics equipment in Bethlehem, PA. This full-time role requires a minimum of 2 years in industrial maintenance, ideally within a distribution setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Preferred technical certification or associate degree.
• 2+ years of experience with basic trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical system issues.

Skills

Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safety standards

Troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480v

Knowledge of control systems

Organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently

Education

Technical certification or associate degree with mechanical or electrical focus

Tools

Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
