Menasha Corporation seeks a qualified Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in the production area, maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The role supports lean manufacturing and requires adherence to safety and GMP guidelines.

Shifting on the 3rd shift (10pm–6am), you will perform preventive maintenance, document activities, and collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and safe operations.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Millwright/Maintenance Mechanic or related trade preferred; training provided.
• Experience with maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Safety compliance and following company safety policies and procedures.
• Adheres to GMP guidelines and maintains product safety, legality and quality.
• Vendor management: ensure vendors follow Menasha Contractor Safety guidelines and stay current on orientation.
• Manage work orders: communicate status, complete orders electronically and monitor results.
• Maintenance/troubleshooting: electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance with documentation.
• Participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
