Job summary
Staffmark is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Bethlehem, PA to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and keep production lines running safely and efficiently. You will diagnose issues, complete repairs, and support equipment installation and improvements as needed.
The role requires at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read manuals and schematics, and a proven commitment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience in distribution centers or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Ability to read equipment manuals and schematics.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Maintain material handling equipment and conveyors.
- Inspect machinery to prevent downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records and reports.
- Ensure safety procedures and OSHA guidelines followed.
