Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on machinery/equipment and facility systems (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedules.
  • Maintain maintenance logs and work orders.
  • Assist in installation, modification, and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with production/engineering to improve equipment reliability/efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role supports the production team by minimizing downtime and performing preventative maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facility systems (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance according to established schedules and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders.
  • Assist in the installation, modification, and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Working Conditions

  • Requires standing, bending, lifting, and occasional heavy physical work.
  • Adherence to all safety protocols is mandatory.
