Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader for the third shift to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and to ensure safe, efficient shift operations. You will lead associates on duty and uphold company policies while handling cash and POS transactions.

The role requires strong English communication, the ability to lift and move items, and the commitment to provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position at our Cincinnati location.

Qualifications

• Shift leader experience preferred
• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to operate POS and gas console

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, and dip-side items
• Operate POS system and gas console; process transactions
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, presentable store
• Maintain security and proper cash handling procedures
• Keep equipment and refrigeration areas clean and temperatures in range
• Accurately complete time records and required documents
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Communicate effectively in English with customers
• Assist with age-restricted sales as required
