Qualificações

• 5–7+ years overseeing a large, fast-paced, high-volume lab.
• Experience leading 3rd shift with multiple direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or science preferred.
• Proven track record managing large teams and development of staff.
• LEAN experience preferred and applied to manufacturing/implementation.
• Ability to adapt departmental plans to global operations.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and leadership skills.
• Project management skills and ability to communicate with senior management.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PC applications.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a big-picture people leader to drive results and manage change.
• Coordinate day-to-day lab operations, including planning, people management, and delivering results.
• Manage the overall business goals for the Dallas, TX reference lab, achieving revenue and profitability.
• Oversee staffing, including supervisory on day and night shifts, assign work, establish performance metrics, monitor activities, and evaluate performance.
• Lead the development of laboratory budget, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, maintain quality and ensure continuous improvement.
