You will split time as a Laboratory Supervisor (60%) and Individual Contributor (40%), coaching staff, organizing workflows, and ensuring timely, accurate test results. This role offers night shifts and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Directly supervised 5+ employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in laboratory operations preferred.
• Ability to set up, run and read lab tests and operate analyzers.
• Able to meet physical lab requirements (lifting up to 50 lb).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Laboratory Technicians across clinical departments.
• Coach and develop staff to reach business goals.
• Organize staff schedules, coordinate workflow, and manage costs and metrics.
• Troubleshoot diagnostic analyzers and resolve workflow challenges.
• Read and release lab results per SOPs.
